At the Eco Hotel La Residenza the day always start with a rich delicious buffet breakfast with fresh, genuine, biological products, when it is possible at 0 km. Whether you prefer sweet or savory, you will have a wide chioce. Sweet: homemade cakes and muffins, fresh croissants, rusks and bread (fresh and toasted) where you can spread biological jams, honey, butter or nutella. Moreover biological cereals, biscuits, fresh fruit. Savory: cured pork meats, cheese, biological eggs, omelette, tomato salad, scrambled eggs on request. Bio cafè is the must, in addition to barley coffee, different kinds of hot tea, infusions, chamomile, fresh milk, orange juice or multienergy juice, mineral water.
Everybody can eat at the restaurant of our hotel: in addition to biological products and typical Italian food, it offers a special menu for vegetarians. You can find Tuscan soup, vegetarian paella, seitan burger, vegetarian stew, spelt with spicy vegetables, all coming from organic agriculture.
Then, in our cafeteria-snack bar you can taste a delicious bio coffee composed by a special blend from certified and controlled biological cultivations. The lack of synthesis chemical fertilizers and pesticides, besides protecting health, allows to rediscover the natural taste of a coffee produced with the original processing criteria.
In our elegant wine room and during the dinner in our restaurant you can taste a selection of Italian biologic wines, a choice due to the wish to favour the products linked to our territory, not only for their quality, but also to minimize the waste of resources like fuel and packaging.
